My work lives at the meeting point of awareness, embodiment and integration.

In the rhythm of everyday life, surrounded by responsibilities, expectations and so much outside noise, it can be easy to lose touch with the quieter voice within us.

This work is an invitation to create a little more space. to slow down, listen more closely and become curious about what is moving inside. Not to withdraw from life, but to hear ourselves more clearly within it.

Awareness

We move through life shaped not only by what happens to us, but by how we learn to receive and make sense of the world around us. how we relate, communicate, respond, adapt and protect ourselves.

Over time, these ways of meeting life can become familiar patterns that happen almost automatically, often before we even realise it.

Bringing awareness to these patterns gives us the possibility to meet life differently, with greater presence, more choice, and in a way that feels more aligned with who we truly are.

Embodiment

Awareness is not only something we understand with the mind. Our experiences are felt and carried in the body too.

We may notice this in the way we hold tension, control, disconnect, adapt, pull away or protect ourselves. Sometimes it shows up as tightness, changes in the breath, emotion, numbness, restlessness or simply a sense that something inside us is asking to be noticed.

Embodiment is about staying close to what we feel, meeting our experience with presence, openness and less need to analyse, avoid or control it.

Integration

Integration is where what we experience and discover within ourselves begins to become part of the way we live, perhaps in how we respond during a difficult conversation, in noticing when we need to slow down, in listening more deeply to our intuition, or in meeting ourselves and others with a little more curiosity and less judgement.

And sometimes the change is much simpler, in noticing the warmth of the sun, the sound of the birds, the feeling of the air on our skin, the presence of another person, or the small moments we may once have moved past without really taking them in.

This work is not about stepping away from life, but about coming back to it with more awareness, more presence and a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us
